Perceptia personala subiectiva asupra unei problematici exprimata de un diplomat nu reprezinta in mod implicit mandatul si pozitia statului care ii platesc acestuia salariul, Insa, din punctul meu de vedere, acest domn, excelenta sa a avut un usor moment de deja-vu din pricina caruia a uitat ca in pozitia domnieie sale opinia personala se exprima numai in cadru intim intr-un cerc de prieteni deosebit de loiali si nu in public si mai ales in preajma sau cu ocazia punerii in discutie a problematicii respective mai ales la acest nivel. Dar e bine de vazut ca si excelentele sale uita, ca sa nu spunem ca sunt lacunari profesional, precum si ca alte tari au probleme similare Romaniei, dar stiu au invatat sa le ascunda sub pres si sa tina fruntea sus.
